高炉富氧鼓风实践浅析

摘要 总结了本钢一铁厂2号高炉(380m^3)富氧鼓风冶炼试验的实践。指出了富氧鼓风技术是改善高炉能量利用、降低焦比、强化高炉冶炼的有效途径,并获得了明显的效果,焦比平均降低11.5kg╱t,产量平均提高5.5%。还对发展富氧鼓风技术提出了建议。 This paper introduces the smelting test of No.2 BF(380 m^3)with oxygen-enriched blast at first ironmaking plant of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.. The result shows that this is an effective way to improve the utilization of chemical and thermal energy in the blast furnace, to reduce coke rate and to intensify the smelting process. Significant operational results have been achieved average coke reduces by 11.5 kg/THM and average output increases by 5.5%. Proposals for development of the oxygen-enriched blast technique are made as well.
