深冲薄钢板的成型性与冶金工艺的关系

摘要 用金属物理方法从大生产中取样,根据N、AlN固溶的析出、织构的形成与发展,以及(?)、(?)值的变化。结合武钢、鞍钢铝镇静钢汽车用深冲薄钢板的生产实践,论述其成型性能与冶金工艺的关系,用以指导改进生产工艺,使WY08AlA试验钢冷轧成品板的各项成型指标及冲废率达到了国际先进水平。 The samples from industrial production were examined by method of metal physics.According to the solution and precipitation of N and A1N, forming and growing of texture and change of (?) nad (?) values and combined with production practices of Al-killed deep drawing sheet steel of WISC and AISC, a relation between formability and metallurgical technology of the steel used in automobile industry is described. And it has been used for guidance to improve production technology. As a result, the forming index and rejection rate of WY08A1A testing sheet steel achieves the international advanced level.
