摘要
本文采用HTV光学膨胀仪测定了70Cr3Mo钢在回火过程中不同加热温度和不同保温时间下的体积变化,并用拍摄的金相照片和测试的硬度来验证体积变化与组织变化规律,为数字模拟计算提供了可靠的实验数据。
The volume changes of quenched 70Cr3Mo steel have been measured by HTV optical dilatometer at different tempering temperature and different holding time. The law about the changes in volume and structure has been proved by metallographes and hardnesses test. The data from this study is reliable for simulation computatron.
