摘要
测量薄板残余应力新方法的主要特点是通过测量冲孔直径的变化,间接求出各方向的残余应力;阐述了残余应力的标定方法;由于可针对不同材料建立被测材料的平均应力、宽度、厚度以及冲孔后直径变化率之间的数学模型,使薄板残余应力的测量变得简便而经济;同时对新方法的分辨率与测量精度进行了实验、计算与分析。
The main feature of the new method is that the residual stresses existing in various directions can be obtained indirectly by measuring the diameter change of pressing hole. The Calibration method of residual stress is revealed. Because mathematical models consisted of average stress(σ_1), breadth(B), gauge(H) and diameter change after (ΔD_1/D_0) can be made according to different materials, the method of measuring residual stress in sheet becomes convenient and econmical. The resolution rate and measuring precise arc also be experimented, calculated and analysed.
