本文内容是为适应铁路运输的要求,对改进轮箍材质工艺,提高轮箍的综合机械性能,提高抗表面损伤能力提出了几项措施,车轮轮箍钢通过钢包中钢水喷Si-Ca粉工艺,可减少非金属夹杂物的数量,并改变夹杂物的种类,使条状氧化物明显减少,提高了车轮轮箍的耐磨性和抗剥离性能,采用钒微合金化,可使钢质晶粒细化,提高屈服极限,明显改善了抗表面损伤能力。
In order to improve the mechanical property and the resi-
stance to surface damage to meet the need of heavy haul railway trans-
portaton, techniques to improve the quality of wheel and tyre materials
is introduced in this papaer. by the ejection of powdered Si-Ca to steel
ladle, the morphology and chemical components of nonmetallic inclusions
in wheel and tyre steel are changed and the quantity of impurity is dec-
reased obviously, especially the oxide strips is substantially reduced
so that the resistance to wear and shelling is enhanced. alloying the
steel with a little amount of vanadium, the grain structure is refined
and the yield stress of the steel is increased. So the resistance to surface
damage is remarkably improved.
