摘要 本文介绍一个实用的计算机实时测控系统.该系统实现了应力、温度、转速三种物理量的实时检测与图形、曲线、数字显示及对所加压力的实时测控.该系统硬件设计合理、紧凑;软件灵活、交互性好;显示直观、运行可靠,效果满意.本系统的设计思想与测控技术亦可用于类似的检测系统. This paper intruduces a practical computerized real-time measuring and controlling system. Using the mi■rocomputer combined with sensors, measuring instruments, interface circuits and other devices, a high level microcomputer-based measuring and controlling system is built and comes up to an advanced standard.This system can function real-time measuring and graphic, curve, and digital displays for three kinds of physical variable: stress, temperature and rotational speed, and real-time measuring and controlling for pressure. All the data to be measured will be stored on disk. The course of testing can be r■-displayed on computer's CRT by using the saved data so as to r■-analyse or discuss for designers of pump NJB-1000.The whole system's structure is scientific, flexible and interactive in its software design. A satisfying result is achieved for users.The design method and measuring technique of this system can be used for reference within similar measuring systems.
