45钢辊芯2Cr13埋弧自动堆焊辊道辊堆焊层性能分析

Property Analysis of Surfacing Layer of the Roller with 45 Steel Core Surfacing with 2Cr13 by SMA Method

介绍了利用贷车轴余料45钢做辊芯表面埋弧自动堆焊2Cr13的工艺方法,并对堆焊层硬度,组织及其热稳定性进行了分析,常温下HRC43～50,450℃回火2h后HRC45左右,圆火6h后HRC40～42,完全满足了轧钢生产中对辊道辊的要求,已投产使用。

The technology which the remaining part of goods train aixs 45 steel is surfacinged with 2Cr13 by using SMA is introduced. The hardness and structure of surfacing layer and the thermal stability are analyzed. The rockwell hardness is 43～50 in the room temperature and is about 45 by tempering 2h at 450℃ and is 40～42 by tempering 6h at 450℃. This kind of roller completely satisfy the requirment of the production process and has been put in use.
