微量氢对TC11钛合金塑性的影响

摘要 通过试验,研究了微量氢对TC11钛合金塑性的影响。结果表明,对经过淬火工序的TC11钛合金锻件,即使氢含量很低,若不及时进行锻后退火,会因长时间室温放置析出氢化物,而引起锻件室温及高温塑性的严重下降。对这类锻件应特别重视锻后采用除氢退火处理。 The effect of little hydrogen on the plasticity of TC11 Ti-alloy has been studied through experiments. The results showed that for the forging formed with quenched TC11 Ti-alloy raw bar, even if its hydrogen content is very low, its plasticity at room and high temperature will decrease heavily if the forging is not annealed in time, since the precipitation of the hydrogen compound at room temperature for a long time. So, for this sort of forging, very good attention should be paid to the hydrogen relief annealing.
