褐沙蒿遗传分化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)方法,对5个褐沙蒿(ArtemisiaintramongolicaH.C.Fu)种群的遗传分化进行了研究.结果表明,15个引物共扩增出283个位点,其中多态位点有269个,多态位点百分率达95.1%.各种群的多态位点百分率较高,在84.1%~89.0%之间,除正镶白旗种群略高外,其他均比较接近.各种群间有一定的遗传分化,基因分化系数Gst=0.1204,表明87.96%的遗传变异存在于种群内.基因流N m=3.6524>1,说明褐沙蒿种群间存在着广泛的基因交流.聚类分析显示,褐沙蒿种群之间的遗传距离与地理距离有一定的相关性. Genetic differentiation of Artemisia intramongolica are analyzed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers.A total of 283 loci are obtained from 15 random primers,among which 269 loci are polymorphic.In species level, the percentage of polymorphic loci is 95.1%. Which is high too in populations,being 84.1%~89.0%,and the differences of their value are small except zhengxiangbaiqi population. There are genetic differentiation among populations,Gst is 0.120 4,which shows that 87.96% of variations existed within the populations.Gene flow is 3.652 4>1, it revealed there are widely gene flows among populations. The cluster analysis demonstrats that the genetic differentiation among populations of A. intramongolica is correlated with geographic distance.
