摘要
将ZG30CrMn2SiREB钢的奥氏体化温度从900℃提高到1050C时,冲击韧性提高1倍,硬度变化不大;回火温度升至330~375℃时,冲击韧性降至最低;经1050℃淬火+175℃回火,可获得最佳的韧性和硬度配合。
The austenitizing temperature of ZG30CrMn2SiREB rising from 900℃ to 1050℃, the impact toughness is doubled, hardness don't change remarkehly. When rising tempering temperature to the range of 300~375℃, impact toughness of the steel is decreased to the lowest. By 1050℃ harding and 175℃ temper, the steel can achive the optimum comfination of impact toughness and hardness.
