摘要
利用微机对球墨铸铁件的凝固过程进行三维数值模拟,并用彩色图形显示其动态凝固过程,其计算结果可为汽车球铁件的工艺参数优化提供科学依据。
The three-dimension numerical simulation of solidification process of ductile iron castings was carried out by means of micro-computer. The dynamic solidification process of the castings was displayed on screen with color graphics. The result of simulation can give scientific data for optimization of technique parameters of ductile iron castings in automobiles.
