摘要
研究了悬浮铸造对ZA27合金凝固特性、宏观、显微组织、致密度和机械性能等的影响。结果表明:悬浮铸造可增大ZA27合金在凝固期间的冷却强度,缩短凝固时间,细化宏观和显微组织,增加密度,减小宏观偏析,提高机械性能。
The effect of suspension casting on solidification characteristics, microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy has been studied. The experimental results show that with suspension casting, cooling strength during solidification is increased. Solidification time is shortened, macrostructure and mierostructure are refined, density is increased, macrosegreation is reduced and mechanical properties is heightened.
