摘要
通过提高溶液稳定性和加强对流,改性 ATGS 晶体的生长速度已由1mm/d 提高到5mm/d。系统研究了快速生长晶体的热电、介电、铁电性能。发现快速生长的晶体质量良好,其热释电品质因数与慢速生长的晶体相同;而快速生长出的晶体中 L-丙氨酸含量高,具有很高的内偏压场和低的介质损耗。
The growth rate of modified TGS(ATGS)crystal has been increased from1 mm/d to 5mm/d by increasing stability and convection of the solution.Thepyroelectric,dielectric and ferroelectric properties of rapid growth crystalshave been investigated,and the quality of crystal is good.Pyroelectric figureof merit of the different growth rates is the same.But,the rapid growthcrystal has more L-alanine content and lower Lanδ than that of the slow growthcrystal,it has very high bias field (E_(?)).
