摘要
本文结合小型机库网壳的设计尝试了一种新型可装卸式结构型式,它采用插接式十字管节点,杆件直接插入管节点中,在相间节点之间设钢筋连接,用花篮螺丝张紧,既方便拆装又保证整体工作。该机库由中间简壳和两端的1/4球壳组成,本文具体介绍了该结构的设计、构造、计算分析及初步试验结果,表明该可装卸式结构方案是可行的,这一尝试不失为空间结构又开辟了新的应用领域,提出了新的研究课题。
For the design of a little type storehouse shell which is required by an air base,an easy-to-be-mantled-and-dismantled shell is designed.Cross connections are used in this new structure with bars plunged intothem directly Reinforcing bars with l4-millimeter diameter are assembled between the interphase nedes of thestructure,which are tensed bv turn buckles。This makexthe shell easy to be assembled.The structure is com。posed of one tube shell and two 1/4 spherical shells at its two ends。Based on the suppose that the whole structure is simplified as a space hinged bars system,the disign,conformation,analysis and the preliminary test result of the shell is introduced in this paper.The results indicate that the dismantlabe shell is light and economic,and its bearing capacity makes it available.
