摘要
研究了C3钢和W6Mo5Cr4V2钢室温形变对合金化渗氮渗速和渗层硬度的影响以及渗氮过程中形变试样的回复和再结晶形为。结果表明,渗氮层深度随形变量增加先增后减;渗层硬度随形变量增大而增加;渗氮阻碍渗层形变组织的回复与再结晶。
This paper deals with effect of deformation of C3 and W6Mo5Cr4V2 steels at room temperature on the speed and case hardness of alloying nitriding and recovery and recrystallization of deformed specimen during nitriding. The invastigations have shown that depth of nitriding layer increases and then decreases with increase of deformation; hardness of nitriding layer increases with increase of deformation; nitriding hinders recovery and recrystallization of deformation structure in nitriding layer.
