摘要
介绍了大客车座椅振动状况的评价标准,给出了座椅隔振的基本原理,提出了改善大客车座椅振动状况的具体思路,选择具有第二气室的活塞-气缸式空气弹簧作为大客车驾驶员座椅的基本隔振元件,对其特性进行了数值仿真,结果表明隔振效果良好。
Based on the evaluation standard of bus seats vibration, it describes the princi ple of seat vibration isolation, designs the mechanism of vibration isolation fo r bus driver seat. This device makes of piston with double cavities and air-spri ng. The simulation results show that the effect of the device is favorable.
