摘要
介绍了专家控制系统中知识源、推理算法、仿真与验证及算法移植等的设计过程与方法,并以竹胶板用的水溶性酚醛树脂胶生产过程为研究对象,提出了一套专家控制系统, 为进一步研制一套操作简单、工作可靠、价格适中的胶粘剂生产过程温度控制系统奠定了良好基础。
This paper introduces the design process and method of the knowledge source, reasoning algorithm, emulation and proving and algorithm transplanting and so on in expert's control system, and gives a set of Expert's control system which is based on the study of production process of water- soluble phenol resin, which establishes the good foundation for the forward study of temperature control system of simple-operating, reliable-working and reasonable price in adhesive production process.
