The Research of Data Centralization Model for Postal Savings Computer System

结合邮政储蓄计算机系统现状,对省级集中、区域集中和全国集中3种数据集中模式,从技术可行性、投资经济性、系统灵活性、管理有效性等多方面分析各自优缺点,得出邮政储蓄适合采用全国数据集中的结论。

Based on the current postal savings computer system, with thorough studies of multiple factors such as technical feasibility, beneficial of investment, system flexibility and efficient management, the conclusion is reached that national data centralization is the best among all there data centralization models (i.e. provincial level data centralization, area level data centralization and national level data centralization) for postal savings computer system.
