摘要
以天水二一三机床电器厂的CJX4 - 4 0 / 6 5d ,D系列交流接触器产品动铁定位滑块的压装工序 ,进行了装配过程自动化的机器人系统设计。SolidWorks 2 0 0 3为装配体设计提供了的两项关键操作 ,两项操作结合使用 ,能做到模型之间拓扑构造元素自动计算和分配 ,同时又能控制自动化工程装配整体的设计流程。
The automation assembling robot system was designed for the pressing procedure of the orientation slipper of the motion iron core on the CJX4-40/65d, D series AC contactor which produces by Tianshui 213 electrical apparatus for machine-tool factory. The SolidWorks 2003 offered two key operations for assembling design, combine two items of operation can make topological construct elements to calculate and assign automatically between the models, at the same time, it can control the design procedure of whole assembling of automatic project.
