The affection of the performance of stepping motor on the processing quality of economical type NC lathe

在经济型数控车床的进给伺服系统中 ,广泛地采用步进电机做为执行机构。本文分析了步进电机的一些特殊性能对数控车床加工质量的影响 ,并提出改善加工质量的措施。

The stepping motor is extensively used as the executive mechanism in the feed servo system of economical type NC lathe. This paper analyzes the affection of the special performances of stepping motor on the processing quality of NC lathe, and puts forward some measures for improving the processing quality.
