摘要 When you push a piece of wood into water, the water seems to push up on the wood. Picking up a stone lying under water, you will find that it is lighter underwater than you lift it out intothe air. These experiences show that a liquid exerts(施加;产生) an upward force on any object in it. This upward force of a liquid is called buoyant force,
