摘要
研究了20CrMo钢D级重载抽油杆串联感应加热快速调质过程中淬、回火感应器参数的确定及加热功率、温度、进给速度对能耗和调质后组织与性能的影响规律;分析了快速调质工艺的高温回火机制。结果表明:串联感应加热快速调质能明显提高抽油杆的强韧性和拉伸疲劳抗力,显著地提高生产效率并大量节约能源。
The effects of inductor design, heating power and feeding velocity on energy loss as well as microstructure and properties of grade D 20CrMo oil pump arm have been investigated after the oil pump arms were inductively quenched and high temperature tempered by using one medium induction power and series inductors. The high temperature tempering mechanism due to quich induction heating has been analysed. The results shown that the quich induction quenching and high temperature tempering by using series inductors can obviously increase the strength and toughness and tensile fatigue servies life of the oil pump arm, remarkably enhance production efficiency and considerably economize electrical power.
