交叉射流流动及煤粉燃烧过程的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在钝体燃烧器的基础上产生了一个新的构思——用垂直交叉射流来使煤粉火焰稳定和强化。冷态试验结果表明,当副射流和主射流垂直交叉后,在副射流的尾迹处形成一个稳定的回流区,回流区的大小及回流率与一般钝体相当,其边界上存在着一个煤粉高浓度集聚区。热态试验中投入副射流后,火焰根部温度大幅度提高,飞灰含碳量有所下降。这种用气流柱来代替钝体的新型煤粉稳燃装置,解决了常规稳燃装置的磨损和烧坏问题。 Based on the principle of bluff-body burner, this paper presents a new concept to stablize and strengthen pulverized coal flame with two-phase crossflow. It is indicated by cold experiments that when a smaller jet flow penetrates into main stream of flow, a steady recirculating zone will form in the wake of smaller jet flow. This circulating zone is of the same order of magnitude as that of the solid bluff-body in diameter, length and recirculation rate and it has a high concentrated pulverized coal distribution along its boundary. Hot testing shows that with input of the smaller jet flow, the temperature of main strema flow is a rised while the carbon content in fly ash is reduced.
