摘要
运用SEM、光学显微镜等手段对齿轮轴断口和金相组织进行观察分析,并结合机械性能和化学成份分析结果认为,该磨煤机减速箱齿轮轴断裂是由于轴体本身内部氢含量高,存在着白点裂纹缺陷,在较高残余应力作用下产生了氢致低应力脆断。该裂纹缺陷的存在与CrNiMo钢对氢敏感有关,须采取如去氢退火等工艺手段使锻件中的氢逸出,以提高齿轮轴质量。
On the basis of the observation, analysis and tests, it has been concluded that this fracture of the gear shaft was caused by high hydrogen content and 'white point' cracks in the gear shaft forging, which leads fo hydrogen embrittlement at higher residual stress. This crack defects are related with the hydrogen sensitivity of the CrNiMo steel. The paper suggests that methods such as annealing technology should be taken to hydrogen content in gear shaft before use.
