摘要
本文对某电厂锅炉高温过热器出口联箱到集汽联箱的导汽管外弯头处爆管进行了材质鉴定。从宏观、微观角度对爆口进行了原因分析,并测定了其晶格常数的变化。结果表明:该管材强度、塑性、韧性下降严重,最终爆破系管材在高温、高应力下运行产生严重蠕变损伤所致,
This paper presents a study on the rup(?)re of a steam lead elbow used in a EII-670/140 model boiler. The macrofractography and mic(?)structure examinations were used to analyse the problem. It was found that the rupture was of brittle fracture character, which was attributed to the accumulated creep damage under the high stress and tempereature.
