摘要
利用电镜对某电厂2号汽轮机1号低压缸第2级动叶片断口进行分析检查,结果表明,断口是因叶片安装不当,销体与叶根销孔装配欠佳而引起的微振磨损导致的叶片高周疲劳开裂。
Inspection with SEM was conducted on the ruptured blade of NO. 2 unit, the NO. 4 blade in stage 2 of LP turbine in Yuanbaoshan Power Plant. The result shows thas this blade rupture was caused by unproper assembly. Some microvibration was arisen from the poor matching of blade pin and its hole which led to a high cycle fatigue cracking.
