摘要
介绍东北地区200MW机组锅炉屏式过热器平均无故障工作时间(MTBF)的求法及其与管子壁温的关系,并给出了有关的经验公式;可作为运行中预测屏式过热器管子寿命时的参考。
This paper introduces a method of finding the mean-time between failures (MTBF) of the platen superheater of the 200MW boilers in the power plants directly under Northeastern Electric Power Company and the dependence of MTBF on wall temperature, and gives some related empirical formulas. The method can be used as the reference in the prediction of the service life of the tube of platen superheater in operation.
