摘要
对汉川电厂1号汽轮机高、中压缸螺栓失效原因从化学成分、机械性能、金相组织及环境因素方面进行了全面分析,指出其失效原因主要是由于应力腐蚀所引起。最后,提出了预防此种螺栓头失效及其改进技术措施。
A comprehensive analysis was given to the bolt failure of HP and IP cylinders of No. 7 turbine unit in Hanchuan power plant, including chemical compositions, mehanical properties, metallurgical structure and environmental factors. The results show that the bolt failure was caused mainly by stress corrosion. Some countermeasures to prevent the bolt failure and improvement are proposed.
