略阳电厂砖烟道阻力试验及烟囱改造

摘要 本文叙述略阳电厂5台锅炉同时满负荷运行时烟道冒正压,返烟严重,进而影响机组出力问题,经对烟囱进行测试与空气动力学计算表明,其主要原因在于烟囱结构欠合理,出口段阻力过大造成。因此,建议对烟囱出口段进行改造,放大出口直径。文中给出了详细的计算过程及改造方案。 This paper introduces a phenomenon of serious flue gas back—flow in the flue gas brick duct and the load reduction caused by it during full load operation of all the 5 boilers in Louyang Power Plant. It is shown by chimney testing and aerodynamic study that the flue gas back—flow is caused by the unproper design and the large resistance at the outlet part of the chimney. So, it is suggested that some modifications should be made on the outlet part of the chimney. The design of the modification and calculation are shown in this paper.
