双轴向档板并联式粗粉分离器的开发

DEVELOPMENT OF CLASSIFIER WITH DOUBLE AXIAL BAFFLES

获国家发明专利(专利号91108979·9)的双轴向档板并联式粗粉分离器,是在普通轴向型粗粉分离器的基础上,取消其内锥体的上部帽形盖,并在可调的轴向档板与内锥体之间加装一圈固定式轴向档板。这样,使普通型轴向分离器的内锥体的“非有效分离空间”变为有效分离空间,提高了分离效率。同时,在通过一定量的工质情况下,可使分离器体积大大减小,节约了钢材,减少了占地面积。

Presented in this paper is a coarse particle classifier with double axial baffles(State patent No. 9118979.9). Based on the normal axial ones, this classifier is taken off the hat cover of the internal taper and is added on a fixed axial baffle in between the movable axial baffle and the taper. By doing so, the uneffective separation space of the normal classifier has changed into an effective separation space, improving the seaparation effficiency. In the meantime, for the same flow of medium, this classifier has a smaller body, which not only reduces the steel comsumption, but also save installation space.
