无内旋流旋风分离器排气管入口加十字架的阻力特性优化实验研究

摘要 内旋流阻力损失占旋风分离器总阻力损失的50%以上,无内旋流旋风分离器由于消除了内旋流,因而降低了阻力损失。在这种旋风分离器排气管入口加十字架,可以减小净化气流的旋转速度,从而使阻力损失降低1/3。本文从实验角度进行了该种旋风分离器排气管入门加十字架的阻力特性优化研究。 Resistance loss caused by internal swirling flows accounts for more than 50% of a cyclone separator total resistance loss. Due to the absence of internal swirling flows in a cyclone separator with no internal swirling flows it is possible to significantly lower flow resistance loss. with the addition of a crossbar at the exhaust pipe inlet of a cyclone separator the rotation speed of clean gas flow can be reduced,thus effecting a decrease of resistance loss by one third. Based on test results, this paper makes an optimization study of the resistance characteristics at the inlet (with a crossbar being added) of such a cyclone separator.
