摘要
高精度飞行三轴转台作为一种半实物仿真模型,影响其精度的因素主要包括各种非线性环节和台体本身的机械特性。非线性环节包括摩擦模型的不确定性,各种干扰力矩和三轴之间的惯量耦合等,而机械特性主要包括台体的机械加工精度、三轴之间的安装垂直精度以及台体的刚度特性。本文主要考虑提高台体的刚度特性来对台体进行结构优化,并采用智能优化方法—遗传算法求解出台体结构的最佳截面尺寸。
As a semi-real simulation model,the precision of three-axis flight motion is affected by many factors including non-linear parts and mechanical property of the table. Non-linear parts consist of uncertainty of friction model, some soils of disturbing torque and coupling of three axes;mechanical property is composed of manufacturing precision and assembling precision.This paper mainly presents optimal design of three axis table by using GA.and make full use of some GA function in Matlab software,then acquire an optimal shape design about outer frame.
