摘要
本文就区熔法生长4-胺基二苯甲酮(ABP)薄膜单晶的工艺及单晶的测试作了介绍,并对有关问题提出讨论。
The single crystalline thin film of 4-aminobenzophenone (ABP) has been grownby using zone-melting method.In this paper the main points of growth technique and thecharacterization of ABP thin film were described.Some problems on the crystal growth werementioned and discussed.
