摘要
本文报道了一种新的有机金属络合物非线性光学晶体二氯氨基脲合镉的合成、晶体生长及其倍频特性。用四圆衍射仪测定了其晶体结构。其粉末倍频效应是相同粒度石英粉末的10倍以上,具有稳定的物理化学性质。
In this paper,a new nonlinear optical crystal of organometallic complex:semicar-bazide cadmium chloride (SCCC) has been reported.Synthese,crystal growth,crystal struc-ture and physicochemical properties of SCCC are demonstrated.SCCC crystallizes in the or-thorhombic,space group is Pna2_1 with α=0.69551 (7),b=0.8697 (6),c=1.0791(9) nm,z=4.Its powder SHG intensity is about ten times that of quartz.
