摘要
本文首次报道以人工合成的氟金云母为基质研制的一种大功率微波吸收材料——衰减云母陶瓷,研究了衰减云母陶瓷的原料组成和合成工艺;测定了该材料的主要性能;并介绍了将其应用于大功率微波吸收负载和衰减器的实用情况。结果表明,衰减云母陶瓷具有吸收量大、热稳定性高、易于机械加工等特性,是一种新型的大功率微波吸收材料。
A kind of high power microwave absorbing material,the mica ceramic attenuationmaterial which is developed on the basis of synthetic fluoromica is reported for the fristtime.Raw material compositions and synthetic techniques of the mica ceramic attenuationare studied,its main properties are measured,the applictation of it to high power mic-rowave absorbing loads and attenuators is investigated.Results show that the mica ceramicattenuation material is a kind of new high microwave absorbing material which possesses ex-cellent microwave absorbing capability,good thermal stability,and excellent machinability.
