摘要
本文研究了溶液的 pH 值对邻苯二甲酸氢铊晶体生长形态的影响,并从溶液结构及界面生长理论方面进行了讨论,确定了扩大 TAP 晶体(001)晶面最适宜的溶液 pH 值范围为3.94～4.01。
Effects of pH in solution on the growth morphology of TAP crystals was investi-gated.The discussions lay emphasis on the solution structures and interface theory,and anoptimun range of pH value for the growth of TAP singie crystals has been found.
