摘要 利用拉伸试验机分析了Fe-13Cr-2.5Mo阻尼合金的拉伸性能,用倒扭摆仪测试了该合金的阻尼性能,利用Fe3O4磁流体在光学显微镜下观察到Fe-13Cr-2.5Mo阻尼合金的磁畴及在磁场下磁畴结构的变化。实验表明,合金在900℃×1h退火,拉伸性能最好,抗拉强度为467MPa,伸长率达23%;在1100℃×0.5h退火,合金的阻尼性能最高,对数衰减率达0.16,但在该温度下随保温时间的延长,阻尼性能急剧下降。经过对合金加磁前后磁畴结构的观察发现,磁畴结构中楔形畴的产生是导致阻尼性能下降的重要原因。 The tensile properties of Fe-13Cr-2.5Mo damping alloy were analysed with material tensile machine.The damping capacity of Fe-13Cr-2.5Mo alloy was tested by reversal torsion pendulum technique.The optical microscope was used to observe the magnetic domains and their motion under the outside magnetic field.It shows that the tensile properties are the highest after this alloy is annealed at 900℃×1h, the tensile strength is about 467 MPa and the extension is about 23%;the logarithmic decrement is the highest after the alloy is annealed at 1100℃×0.5h,but as time increases at 1100℃,this capacity drops quickly,especially during 4h.Through the observation on the magnetic domains and their motion,it is make clear that the wedge-form magnetic domains existing along the main domain boundaries block the motion of main domain and cause the damping capacity decreased.
