摘要  为提高镀锌彩色钝化膜耐蚀性和结合力,研制了一种镀锌低铬钝化新工艺。详细介绍了该工艺的流程、钝化液与封闭液的配方、钝化槽液与封闭槽液的配制方法。按照国家标准GB6458-86中性盐雾试验测试钝化膜的耐蚀性,钝化膜出现白锈时间为213h,出现红锈时间为246h,钝化膜结合力远远高于普通低铬钝化膜。该工艺满足了高品质产品的要求。 To improve the corrosion resistance and adhesion of zinc chromating films, a low chromium-containing chromating process for zinc deposits was developed. Chromating and subsequent sealing process were dealt with in detail, including chromating and sealing formula, the preparation of chromating and sealing baths. The corrosion resistance of the chromating film was determined by neutral salt spray test according to national standard GB6458-88. White rust appeared after 213 h and red rust appeared after 246 h in NSS test. The adhesion of the chromating film was much superior to that of traditional low chromium-containing chromating film. The new process can meet the requirement of high quality products.
