With the architecture creation of the Bureau of Finance Office Building in LeiYang, we have rethought the basic thecry of architectural design. Through analyzing the factcrs in specific surroundings, integrates the function of a building and spacial form. We can apply the architectural theory about suit measures to local conditions in surroundings and express properly this design theory of 'economization and applicability beautiful'.
