介绍了按美军标要求生产的MS21919系列卡箍的结构、材料、质量控制及应用。MS21919系列卡箍为有支撑作用的环形卡箍,由3种金属骨架和5种橡胶组合而成,根据材料的组合和内径"D"的不同,共形成11个规格66个尺寸;主要用于军、民用飞机和航天器领域的一般管道及电线束的支撑和紧箍。不同材料组合的卡箍,适用于不同介质、不同温度的环境和部位。
The structure,material,quality assurance and application of MS 21919 clamps were presented.The loop and support type of MS 21919 clamps were manufactured with 3 kinds of metal band and 5 kinds of rubber cushion per American military specifications,classified 11 types and 66 size according to material and inner diameter 'D'and were mainly used for support and clamping general pipe and wire bundle in military and commercial aircraft. The different material clamps were applied in different area.
