摘要
丙氨酸的四氢呋喃悬浮液在0℃下缓慢通入过量的干燥光气后升温至30℃合成得到了L 丙氨酸 N 羧基 环内酸酐(L Ala NCAn),研究了L Ala NCAn的开环聚合反应以及反应过程中溶剂、温度、引发剂及用量对聚合物特性黏度的影响。利用红外光谱确认了所得单体和聚合产物。用硝基苯作溶剂,三乙胺作引发剂,所得聚合物特性黏度为[η]=0 83dL/g。考虑到强酸对生物高分子的降解作用,实验中测定了二氯乙酸(DCA)对聚合物特性黏度的影响,结果发现二氯乙酸对聚丙氨酸特性黏度无影响。
To prepare L-alanine-N-carboxyanhydride (L-ala-NCAn),excess of gaseous phosgene was passed into the suspension of L-alanine in purified anhydrous tetrahydrofuran(THF)at 0 ℃ and then the temperature was raised to 30 ℃.The influence of initiator,reaction temperature,solvent and catalyst on the molecular weight of polyalanine was studied in L-ala-NCAn polymerization.The product was proved by IR.With nitrobenzene as solvent,triethylamine as initiator,the intrinsic viscosity [η] of polyalanine thus obtained was 0.83 dL/g.The influence of dichloroacetic acid on the intrinsic viscosity [η] was also examined.
