摘要
研究了8Cr4W9V2耐温轴承钢的热处理工艺和性能,发现其最佳热处理工艺参数为:淬火温度1230℃,回火温度550℃;回火3次,每次1 5h。经上述热处理后,钢的硬度为HRC64 4,无缺口冲击韧性为48 3J/cm2,并且具有良好的抗回火软化性能和优异的高温性能,接触疲劳寿命L10=15 12×107次,是Cr4Mo4V钢的2倍。
The heat treatment and properties of high temperature bearing steel 8Cr4W9V2 have been studied. The optimal technical parameters of the heat treatment were obtained, including quenching at 1 230 ℃, tempering at 550 ℃ for three times. The hardness of treated steel reaches 64.4 HRC and the impact toughness reaches 48.31 J/cm^2. The steel has good temper resistance and excellent properties at high temperature. The contact fatigue life of 8Cr4W9V2 is 15.12×10~7, two times of that of Cr4Mo4V.
