摘要
介绍了振动测试和故障诊断的基本原理及其在水泥磨传动系统中的应用。在详细介绍振动测试方法和系统组成,测点布置及故障特征频率的计算等的基础上,结合测试结果,综合运用振动信号的振平分析、时域和频域分析方法,对水泥磨的传动系统进行故障诊断,其结论与实际情况相吻合。
The basic princples of vibration test and fault diagnosis and the application in drive system of cement grinding mill were introduced. On the base of introducing vibration test method, system composition, layout of measuring point and the count of fault characteristic frequency, etc, combined with the test results, the fault diagnosis of drive system of cement grinding mill were made by integrated application of amplitude domain analysis, time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis. The diagnosis is consistent with the practical situation.
