摘要
本文就“如何降低隔河岩水电站混凝土人工骨料开采爆破大块率”这一课题进行了比较深入的研究,解决这一问题的关键是正确运用小抵抗线微差爆破技术。通过现场试验确定了合理的钻爆参数以及微差起爆方式,将爆破大块率从30%以上降低到5%以下,延米炮孔爆破方量从10~12立方米/米提高到16~20立方米/米。
Problem on reduction of the proportion of the artificial concrete aggregate of large size present quarried by blasting has been studied specifically at Geheyan project. The key to solve this problem is proper application of the linear millisecond delay blasting of small resistance. Appropriate parameters of the drilling and blasting technique and the initiating way of millisecond delay blasting are identified by field testing. With these, the proportion of the large size aggregate present are reduced from more than 30%, to less than 5%, the volume of blasted rock per linear meter increases from 10~12 m^3/m to 16~20 m^3/m.
