凉清新型拱梁组合式渡槽设计与施工

摘要 凉清拱梁组合式渡槽采用连续不分缝槽身和拱体组成刚性槽、柔性拱的结构,通过调整拱梁的刚度,使拱梁变位协调,联合受力,从而减少结构尺寸,节省工程量26%~32%。由于采用折线拱并将连续槽身搁置在拱体排架上,该渡槽具有施工简便的优点。特别是将温升荷载化害为利,可大大减少抗旱季节满槽水时自重水重向下的变位和内力,提高结构安全储备,因而这种结构无论在经济或安全上都有明显的优越性。对于此种组合结构的最优刚度比进行了初步分析,可供今后设计类似结构时参考。 Liangqing aqueduct of combined arch-beam type is constructed with stiff monolithic chute body and flexible arch frame. The compatibility of the displacements of the arch and beam elements, and the wide adaptability of their joint work are achieved by adjusting the stiffnesses of them. With this, the sizes of structural elements may be reduced, and the quantity of materials needed may be saved by 26%~32%. The construction of such a aqueduct is rather convenient because of simply supporting the monolithic chute body on the arch frame. The structural effect of this type aqueduct is favorable even during additional load caused by high temperature rise, while the displacements and internal forces caused by weight of the structures and water fully filling the chute in arid season may be significantly reduced, and the safety of the structure can be enhanced. Therefore, such a structure type has obvious superiority in economy and safety. The ratio of arch stiffness to beam stiffness has been optimized, and the results would be used for similar structures.
