屯兰矿小于0.25mm粒级原煤浮选动力学研究 被引量:10

摘要 笔者通过对屯兰矿原煤进行筛分,分出小于0 25mm粒级,然后对该粒级的煤进行浮选速度试验,最后选用3个数学模型,对试验结果进行拟合,通过对拟合结果的比较,发现屯兰矿小于0 25mm粒级原煤可以用一级浮选动力学模型来描述,并研究了随着药剂用量的增加,浮选速率常数K值的变化规律。 The less than 0.25 mm grade coal was extracted from Tunlan raw coal by using screening method. And then the flotation velocity experiment was conducted by using the less than 0.25 mm coal. Finally, three math's models were chosen for fitting with the experiment result. It is found that, the flotation character of less than 0.25 mm Tunlan coal can be described by the model of first-class flotation dynamic. The variations between flotation speed constant (K) and along with raising amount of regent were also studied.
