摘要
利用热重差热分析仪对几种常用木质装饰板材在不同工况下热解行为进行了研究。通过对失重(TGA)曲线、失重速率(DTG)曲线以及差热(DTA)曲线的分析,深入探讨了氧气体积分数、气体流量和升温速率对样品热解过程的影响。求出了样品的动力学参数,提出了相应的热解动力学反应模型。
The characteristic of pyrolysis for some wood used in decorating were studied with linear temperature programming. By analysising TGA, DTA, and DTA curves, the authors found that oxygen concentration and heating rate have more remarkably effect on pyrolysis process than gas flux. The pyrolysis process fit the two-stage reaction model, the first mass loss process fit two order reaction model and the second mass loss process fit one order reaction model. The kinetic parameters of pyrolysis for the samples were obtained.
