运城盆地水资源利用与对策

Utilization of Water Resources and Its Countermeasures for Yuncheng Basin

运城盆地是山西省的主要粮棉产区。由于水资源的高度开发利用,使当地水源枯竭,河水断流,水位下降,水库无水可蓄,机井抽水吊泵,开采条件恶化,外引过境黄河水,泵站水源脱流、泥沙危害大,工程效益不能发挥。为解决这些问题,本文提出了强化农业节水,最大限度利用当地水资源;适当开源,合理利用过境黄河水;井渠双灌,采补结合,涵养水源的对策。并针对黄河小北干流主流摆动大的特点,提出泵站从河滩取水、傍河取水与河床下取水的办法。

Yuncheng basin is the main grain and cotton producing area of shanxi province. Due to highly devel oped and utilized water resources, the local source has dried up, river depleted, water level dropped, no water can be stored in a reservoir, motor-pumped wells stopped and the extraction condition is deteriorated. Divert- ing the transit Yellow River water, a pumping station is off the source, sediment is a severe problem and we can not make the most of engineering works. In order to solve the above problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures of strengthening economizing on water in agriculture and fully utilize the local water resources; tapping new water sources properly and utilizing the transit Yellow River rationally; and using both well and canal irrigation, combining extraction and supplement and conserving water sources. It also puts forward a method of pumping in flood plains, by the river side and beneath the bed in the light of the characteristic of major shifting in the north trunk of the Yellow River.
