黄河封丘倒灌区滞洪作用初步分析 被引量:1

摘要 封丘倒灌区是黄河下游的自然滞洪区。根据历史上的倒灌情况,结合倒灌区现状,探讨了倒灌区的滞洪计算方法。分析结果表明,封丘倒灌区有一定的滞洪作用,对于下大型百年至千年一遇洪水,可使石头庄站洪峰或峰后流量削减1710~3000m^3/s,艾山以下洪量减少1.5~1.3亿m^3;对于下大型六十年一遇以下洪水,也能削减洪峰300~600m^3/s,减少有效洪量1.0亿m^3左右。 The Fengqiu inverted irrigation area is a natural detention basin on the lower Yellow River. In the Pa per, a calculation method of detention of the inverted irrigation area has been discussed based on historical inverted irrigation and combining the present status of the area. It is shown by the results of analysis that the Fengqiu inverted irrigation area has a certain function of detention. When a hundred-year to a thousand year frequency flood occurs below the Sanmenxia Reservoir, the peak discharge or discharge after peak at Shitouzhuang station can be cut to 1710~3000 cub. m/s, the flood volume below Aishan station reduced 150~180 million cub. m., as for a 60-year flood. 300~600 cub. m/s peak discharge and about 100 mil lion cub. m. of effective flood volume also can be reduced.
