摘要
研究纳米Mg(OH)2杂化纯丙乳液的合成方法;确定纳米Mg(OH)2杂化纯丙乳液的配方;制备纳米Mg(OH)2杂化纯丙乳液。通过测定乳液的TEM,发现纳米Mg(OH)2杂化纯丙乳液中杂化聚合物的微观结构是以纳米Mg(OH)2为核心,纯丙乳液高分子为外壳的核-壳型结构;通过测定乳液的相变温度Tg,发现纳米Mg(OH)2与纯丙乳液已经稳定均一杂化;通过测定乳液的XRD,发现纳米Mg(OH)2杂化纯丙乳液中杂化聚合物是非晶态的。利用该纳米杂化乳液制备的阻燃涂料,耐燃时间达165min;而利用未经纳米Mg(OH)2杂化的纯丙乳液采用相同配方制备的阻燃涂料,耐燃时间仅为80min。
The synthesis process of acrylic/nano-Mg(OH)2 hybrid emulsion is studied and the formula of emulsion polymerization for preparation of acrylic/nano-Mg(OH)2 hybrid emulsion is determined.The ETM graph of hybrid emulsion reveals that the microstructure of hybrid polymer in acrylic/nano-Mg(OH)2 emulsion is core-shell structure that takes nano-Mg(OH)2 as core particle,and acrylic emulsion macromole as shell.The measurement of phase change temperature Tg shows that nano-Mg(OH)2 has been stable,homogeneous and hybridized with acrylic emulsion.The XRD pattern of hybrid emulsion reveals that hybrid polymer in acrylic/nano-Mg(OH)2 hybrid emulsion is in non-crystalline state.The flame retardant coating using the acrylic/nano-Mg(OH)2 hybrid emulsion has excellent flame retardant,its flame retardant time is up to 165min.while with same formula,the flame retardant coating using acrylic emulsion non-hybridized by nano-Mg(OH)2 only has flame retardant time of 80 min.
